Akram Hussein, Bachelor degree in Computer Science, is
Ractors Development Manager. He is in charge of all projects held by
the company. He supervises all the teams and assists Team leaders
in their work. He enjoys challenging work that is extremely
creative and highly motivating in terms of technological
achievements. In addition to his University degree, Akram hold two
certificates in: Java Programming and Web development. His thesis
work title was: Developing an operating system based on the
component based operating system architecture. So what does
Akram think about Ractors? “Ractors

specialists is working hard to help make a significant

C# Team
Team Members:
Tamer Mourad, Bachelor
degree in Computer Science, is the first member in the C# team. He
knows several programming languages that include C & C++ & OOP. In
addition to: Visual Basic, Visual Basic, .Net & Asp.Net, and
Visual C# .net. Tamer also has good background in the following
fields: Networks, Electronic Commerce, Mobile Applications,
Multimedia, Computer graphics, Operating systems, Software
Engineering, and Operation research. His graduation project was
titled: Visual Studio. Net (C# & VB. Net), Microsoft SQL. So
what does Tamer think about Ractors?

Mohamed Kamal,
another Bachelor degree in Computer Science, is the second
member in the C# team. He has been Tamer’s partner through out
their education years. Hence you will find a lot of similarities
between the two guys, which is of great help, because in a word:
They complete each other. He knows several programming languages
that include C & C++ & OOP. In addition to: Visual Basic, Visual
Basic, .Net & Asp.Net, and Visual C# .net. . His graduation

Hossam Shahin, Bachelor degree
in Systems Engineering, is our last member in the C# team. His
diversified skills include Object oriented programming design
methodologies, Client-Server software Engineering, MS Windows 9x,
ME, 2000 Professional and Server, XP, Linux (User Level), MS
Visual Studio 6.0/ MS Visual Studio.NET, MS Macro Assembler-MASM.
Hosam knows the following languages: Assembly language, Visual
Basic/C/C++/Visual C/, JavaScript, +VBScript, VHDL & Verilog.

Muhammed Abdel ALLAH Bachelor
degree (With Honors) in Computer Engineering, is the first member in
the C++ team. He has developed the following systems: G.B.C. Tax
Automation system, Ostrich Farm Automation system, Building
Computer Networks for Ractors. His Operating systems skills
include: Microsoft Windows 9X / Millennium / 2000 / XP. His
Programming Language skills include: Microsoft Visual Basic, &
Microsoft Visual C++. His Hobbies include Computers, reading and
watching cartoon movies.

Ismail Habib Bachelor degree
in Computer Science, is the second member in the C++ team. He has
developed several applications that include: Web Service Security,
Graphics, Assemblo, Booky (Online Library Delivery), Bank
Management system, Airport Management system, Numerical Wizard,
and FCIS Information system. His IT Knowledge includes several
Applications, Operating Systems, Data Base Management systems,
Development tools in addition to some programming bonuses. These
include: Mincrosoft SQL Server 2000 Int. Edition, Microsoft Access
2000, XP, Visual prolog 5.2 Personal Edition, Visual C++ 6.0,
Visual 6.0, and design patterns.

Mohamed Meshref Studies
Computer Science (3rd year), is the third member in the C++ team.
He has one and a half years experience in ANSI C/C++ & STL, C#,
.Net Windows Forum. In addition to: Visual C++ 6/7 & MFC 6/7,
Visual Basic .Net, String Parsing, ADO.NET, & General algorithms
and data structures. Mohamed also has experience in general
applications like: MS Word, Adobe Photoshop, MS Access, Macromedia
Flash, MS FrontPage & Dream weaver, and All windows versions and
Linux.
His Hobbies include: Reading, Playing Sports, Music Collection, &
developing games. So what does
Mohamed think about Ractors?
“I
think that Ractors is a very good company in security oriented
software, but I think also it needs a lot of hard work to lead the
market of this kind of software products, and for myself as a
programmer I enjoy working here in this good atmosphere with this

Ahmed Hany degree (with
Honors) in Computer Science, is the fourth member in the C++ team.
His Programming languages include: C/C++, Visual c++ 6.0, Java,
Visual Basic 6.0, C#, Visual C. NET, & Perl. In Web Programming
they include: Html/ DHtml, VBScript, & ASP/XML. The projects Ahmed
completed include the following: 3D graphics library, Image
processing & compression library, Simple client server networking
library & application, RSA Encryption program, Unification engine
for AI purposes, Arabic natural language parser, & Arabic text
editor. His additional skills include: Image Processing
(PhotoShop(, Video Editing (Adobe premiere(, 3D Graphics Design

"The idea is new to Egypt, and we are very

of the oldest employees at Ractors, is a very cozy character.
Nicknamed as Teeka “The designing machine”, he has certainly added
an extra dimension to Ractors! Tarek has around 50 Websites
published on the Internet. So what does Tarek think about
Ractors? “Its my pleasure to work in
such a company like Ractors, the thing I like the most about
Ractors is the Team Work spirit. I think all of us are very
supportive to each other ... and this is why we cause major threat
to competitors!"
Anas Zaher, Bachelor Degree
of Fine Arts (Graphics). His
previous work experience includes: Full Time Graphic Designer,
Free Lancer Graphic Designer, Design Graphics, Part Time Web Page
Designer. He has taken courses in the following fields: Macromedia
Flash 5, Macromedia Dream weaver 4, IBM Training in Graphics &
Multimedia. Anas is familiar with the following Design Tools:
Adobe PhotoShop, Macromedia Flash, Macromedia Dream weaver,

Web Developers: Mohamed Gad,
Bachelor degree in Commerce, is currently preparing a computer
diploma. He knows the following programming languages: Visual
Basic, C, C++ and Visual C++ (MFC and Windows Programming Using C
& API<level 1>), Java (level 1) using JDK and IBM Visual Age for
Java. Mohamed is a Web applications Developer who is experienced
in using ASP, ASP.NET, PHP, SQL Server. He is also a Certified
Internet Webmaster. He is planning to learn VC++ advanced and

Content & Administration
Team Leader:
Loay Omran, Content & Admin
Team Leader, manages a group of four employees. He completed his
bachelor degree in International Relations at the American
University in Cairo back in 2000. He is responsible for all of
Ractors Web Sites content, and is also in charge of administration
of these websites. He has also carried out some online marketing
tasks with his team. Loay also enjoys writing articles and reading
about politics. So what does Loay think about Ractors?
“The two key words behind Ractors are
defiantly: Team Spirit. We are all one family in here. The concept
behind this company is quite unique in Egypt which makes it
exciting for all of us. We are eager to explore new boundaries and
to set a good example to others!”
Team Members:
Ahmed El Gafary,
Bachelor degree in English literature, is Ractors trusted
technical writer. His wide range of technical skills include the
following: Trados Translator’s work bench, Tradors Winalign,
Trados Multiterm, Trados TagEditor, SDLX Enterprise Translation
Tool, Microsoft Localization Studio, Microsoft Helium, Windows XP
& Office XP, Microsoft WinWord, and MS Front Page. He has also
taken several courses in Microsoft Office + Internet, in addition
to German language courses. So what does Ahmed think about
Ractors? “Ractors is a software house
of very promising potentials. I joined work there with a lot of
enthusiasm to learn more about IT. During the short period I
worked there, I managed to earn a lot of experience through direct
contact with the high-profile work group recruited by Ractors.”
Shaimaa Farid, Bachelor degree
in Accounting, is the backbone of Ractors! She is usually in
charge of several tasks at the same time. She is also responsible
for the administration of two of our websites. Her computer skills
include DOS, Excel, Advanced Excel, WinWord, and the Internet
(mainly research). She has developed solid organizational
reputation for quality customer service. She has strong
interpersonal skills that make her effective at communication.

“I always felt pride with the release of
each product given the amount of effort and technology employed in
it. My GM always ran the work cycle with lots of understanding and
democracy. He taught us what the concept of team work was all
about in a professional IT company like Ractors.”
Nourhan Othman, Bachelor
degree in Translation, is the third member in the Content & Admin
team! She holds an IT Professional Training Program Certificate.
She has taken several courses in IT (that included English for
Technical use, System Network & Administration, Programming, Web
Applications, & E-commerce.) For her Graduation project she
designed a website for Arabic women considering the E-commerce
goals, while implementing its graphical interface and programming
code. So what does Nourhan think about Ractors?
“It's very interesting here. What I like the most about Ractors is
the team work spirit. My coworkers are friendly and cordial. The
team leaders are very supportive too. I learned many new things
here working as a web administrator with varied work.”
The development team includes a group of onsite developers,
besides tens of offsite programmers. The offsite personnel are
engaged on demand and working in projects together with the
project teams. This model enables us to have many qualified
personnel without carrying the full payroll.
